2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Registration Conditions

• Each person may hold only one account. If a person is found to have more than one account, all of them will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.

• Only one account is permitted per device, IP address or payment method.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity is prohibited.
• Keeping account login details secure is the user's own responsibility.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

On 889bet, identity verification may need to be completed before withdrawing or when depositing above a certain amount. Submission of a National ID (NID), passport or other accepted documents may be required. Some account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must then be completed.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times. As another example: depositing ৳10,200 gives a bonus of ৳5,000, a balance of ৳15,200 and a wagering requirement of ৳5,000 × 25 = ৳1,25,000.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus — the same person or members of the same household cannot claim this benefit more than once.
• Bonus offers have their own validity period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus may be cancelled.

• If an attempt is made to earn a bonus through any fraudulent activity, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

889bet's VIP program has five tiers. Cashback is given based on weekly net losses:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, a cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 will apply. Cashback amounts are not subject to the same wagering rules as bonuses, though specific usage conditions may apply.

5.1 General Betting Conditions

Certain general rules must be followed for both sports betting and casino games on 889bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed, except in special circumstances as per the platform's specific policy.

• 889bet bears limited responsibility for losses caused by technical errors or server outages; in such situations, the bet may be declared void and the stake returned.
• The outcome of any game is determined by software server logs; server logs are final and take precedence over information displayed on screen.
• Any winnings obtained by deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or game bugs will be voided.

5.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football and other sports, the odds provided by 889bet are final. Odds may change at any time; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation remain in effect.

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally returned. However, in the case of multi-bets, the cancelled event may be counted at odds of 1.00 and the results of the remaining selections determined accordingly.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Betting or playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Abusing bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to control outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's code or database.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these Terms must first be attempted to be resolved through 889bet's customer support team. If resolution through discussion is not possible, steps may be taken in accordance with applicable law.

10.4 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for legal reasons, the remaining clauses will continue to be considered fully in force. Failure to enforce any clause of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that clause.
